1. Who does the dishes?
I don’t do the dishes. But I hope you have a mechanical assistant.

2. Will you help me in serving?
I can help you in serving and preparing the table only if you want to.
Remember that you are bringing a cook into your home and not a catering service. My style is flexible and if you would like me to help you bringing things to the table of course I will. When the first course is on the table I will need to get back into the kitchen to prepare the next one and so on through the meal.

3. Can I cook with you?
It is not my style to put you out of your own kitchen. Your presence is welcome but I have my ways of preparation and it may take longer to explain these well enough to you in time for the meal to be ready.

4. Who will do the shopping?
Quality and freshness are basic to the preparation of a delicious meal. Therefore I insist on doing the shopping myself. Besides, this saves you time and I have learned all the various places and markets to shop for the freshest and authentic Italian ingredients.

5. When do I have to reserve?
The best is to contact me as soon as possible. Try to give me a week notice. Then we have enough time to prepare this event.

6. Do you need a special stove or cookware?
No, I don’t. I can cook on gas, induction, ceramic stoves without any problem. I need the usual cookware you normally use. Anyway, don’t panic I always bring with me a “survival kit”!

7. For how many people can you cook?
I cook from a minimum of 2 (my husband says if I have to cook for only one, he must be present!) to a maximum of 20 people.
Occasionally I can cook for more then 20 but it depends on the menu you want.

8. Do you work Holidays?
If you reserve well in advance it could be possible.

9. In which area do you work?
Mainly I work in the area of Rotterdam and Den Haag. In general in a 50 Km radius from Rotterdam.
For orders starting from 20 people and more, I work in a 100 km radius from Rotterdam.
